As a county-wide office, providing professional and reasonable leadership on the Johnson County Community College Board of Trustees requires significant financial resources, and I need your help. A moderate amount of money can make a real difference in state elections. For example, $500 will buy 250 signs, $100 buys a mailing to 200 homes, and $25 buys pizza to thank the volunteers assembling those 250 signs! I hope you will help provide the essential financial support we need to be successful on election day. Please make checks payable to Sharp for JCCC and mail to the address listed below. For this race, donations are not limited to $500 per person, as in my previous races. This race has no contribution limit, but individual contributions over $50 must be itemized, so please provide your occupation as well as your home or business address.
I may accept contributions from minor children (i.e., persons under 18 years of age) if the minor makes the contribution knowingly and voluntarily, and the child contributes his or her own funds, and the contribution is not controlled by another individual or made from the proceeds of a gift given to provide funds to be contributed.
